In June of 2005 DR Morton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Luce County and
subsequently developed as the owner 19 lots known as
reekside Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 55 at 3218 Trinity Cis-, in the amount of
2,1.
