known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 129 lots known as
r ekside Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 56 at 3214 Trinity Cir, in the mount of
$2,616,
