In June of 2005 DID Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creeks[de in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 129 lots known as
reekide Pint No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 58 at 9229 Potomac Drive in the amount
of $2,616.
