In June of 2005 DID Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 19 lots known
as Creekside Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to as kgn our road impact
fee credit to lot 64 at 9205 Potomac Dr . In the amount
of $2,616.
