In June of 2005 DR Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 19 lots known a
reelside Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these bats we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 72 at 3227 Trinity Cir. in the amount of
$,616.
