In June of 2005 DR Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie Counter and
subsequently developed as the owner 129 lots known as
reekside Plat No. 4. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 76 at 3321 Trinity CIR . In the amount
of $2,616.
