In June of 2005 DR Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 136 lots known as
Creekside Plat No. 1. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 100 at 8536 Cobblestone Dr. in the
amount of $2,616.
