In June of 2005 DID Horton Inc, purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 16 lots known as
reel side Plat No. 1, As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 83 at 8501 Cobblestone Dr. in the
amount of $2F616.
