In .June of 2005 DR Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 136 lots known a
reekside Plat No. 1. As the developer and owner- of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 8.5 at 8509 Cobblestone Dr. in the
amount of $2r616.
