known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 136 lots known as
reekside Plat No. 1. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our read impact
fee credit to lot 11 at 3142 Tidewater Cir. In the amount
of $2,616.
