In June of 2005 DID Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie Counter and
subsequently developed as the owner 136 lots known a
Creekside Plat No. 1. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
foe credit to lot 14 at 8409 Cobblestone Dr. In the
amount of $2,616.
