In June of 2005 DR Norton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 136 lots known a
reekide Plat No. 1. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 26 at 8609 Cobblestone Dr. In the
amount of $2,616.
