In June of 2005 DID Horton Inc, purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner- 16 lots known as
reekside Plat No. 1. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road impact
fee credit to lot 34 at 8645 Cobblestone Dr. In the
amount of $2,616.
