In June of 2005 DR Horton Inc. purchased the property
known as Creekside in Saint Lucie County and
subsequently developed as the owner 136 lots known as
reel side Plat No. 1. As the developer and owner of
these lots we are requesting to assign our road [mpaet
fee credit to lot 50 at 8736 Cobblestone Dr. In the
amount of $2,616.
