Reviewed and approved truss layout shop drawings and engineering will be submitted prior to the inspection of supporting load bearing beams as a deferred submittal. 2. Truss design criteria date updated on sheet S3.0. 3. Note for ACI reference updated to reflect 2014 FBC chapter 35 on sheet S4.0. 4. Note for steel changed updated on sheet S4.0. 5. He said the owner, Mr. Langel discussed this with someone in planning and it was agreed to by them. They want to know if there are any other outstanding fee issues and if they can have their building permit. I am not aware of anything else holding up their building permit.
