lie within St. Lucie County, Florida, the Undersigned hereby agrees to restrict the use of Parcel
Numbers 1429-501-0116-000-4 and 1429-501-0117-000-1, St. Lucie County, Florida,) in the
following manner:
LOTS 12 AND 13, BLOCK 7, AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO
THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 40, PUBLIC RECORDS OF
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
1. That said property shall be considered as one plot and parcel of land and that no portion of
said plot and parcel of land shall be sold, transferred, devised or assigned separately, except in its
entirety as one plot or parcel of land. Any further division of said plot and parcel of land shall
comply with the St. Lucie County Land Development Code.
2. The Undersigned further agrees that this instrument will be recorded in the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
