Thanks for taking the time to review out plans: Below is the scope of work completed along
with a floor plan clouded. Please contact me with any questions.
The main scope of the work was to replace leaking and old valves, remove popcorn ceiling,
mirror removals, replacement of cabinets, drywall replacement, tile flooring throughout,
removal of bidet and expansion of Master Shower, and painting interior when completed.
Detailed list room by room:.
Family Room and Living Room- Popcorn scraping, carpet removal, and tile installed
Foyer and hallways- Popcorn scraping, tile removal and installation, old moldy cabinetry .
removed and new cabinetry and countertop installed in wet bar area..

out all the drywall and framing. Moving electrical boxes slightly to accommodate new
cabinetry. New flooring throughout.
Secondary bedroom- popcorn scraping, carpet removal, tile installation.
Secondary bathroom(Hall Bathroom)- New valves, new cabinetry, new shower pan, retile
shower, and new tile on flooring, new drywall on ceiling.
Master Bedroom- Popcorn scraping, removal of carpeting, and new tile installation.
Master Bathroom- New cabinetry, removal of bidet, tub removal and new shower pan, new
valves, new dura roc and drywall, and new tile.
****No fire sprinklers were touched
****Plumbing work receipt attached.
