Dear Mr. Ruiz,
It is our understanding that the County of St. Lucie, Florida, requires a letter from a Professional Engineer
confirming that the telecommunications line and antenna equipment to be installed on this tower was
successfully completed according to the drawings prepared for this project.
Some of the following documentation was reviewed in order to assess the proper installation of the
aforementioned equipment:
• Site Visit completed 01/26/2018
• Construction As -Built Drawings Number 011703997A by KCI Technologies, Inc., dated
09/22/2017
Upon review, it was deemed that the installation of the line and antenna telecommunication as satisfactorily
installed including electrical and electrical bonding components and PASSED in terms of the original design
intent of the drawings prepared for this site.
