Earlier today, I submitted a permit application (permi 1t710-0 40 herein the scope of work is to replace Sprint
equipment on an existing cell tower. I know you need a Lease Agreement and a copy of the bond. Please find
attached. If there is any problem with approving this, please let me know.

Permit 1211-0258 was replaced by 1405-0354 replacefLW,,gats.a anew equipment racks. Permit is expired
Permit 1211.0257 was replaced by 1405-0342 installation of 3 new antennas, 9 remote radios, 6 antenna mounting
pipes and gps antenna.
Both permits were for Sprint/Crown Castle address: 6391 Sprint Parkway, Overland. The permits were issued and are
expired. No inspections have been done.
Permit 1407-0264 was issued for 3 antennas, 3 RRH's and fiber cable. For Sprint Corp, 6220 Sprint Parkway, Overland.
This permit was void by letter.
So we have still 2 permits expired for Sprint. If no work has been done at all a letter for both permit is required to void -
the permits. Still not sure what is on the tower for Sprint right now. Based on the plans there are 3 existing antennas
and in the new lay -out the 3 existing antennas relocated and 3 new antennas. Are there any other antennas on the
tower at a different elevation?
I will move the permits thru the system for review while waiting for your response. Before we can issue we will need to
know what is going on with the two expired permits.

Looks like permit #1407-0246 was pulled after that one for Sprint.
So what do we do now? Can Sprint get this new permit?
