Dear Mr. Peterson,
This letter shall serve as certification that to the best of our knowledge, the structural repairs
have been constructed in substantial conformance with the design documents and specifications
and as duly noted in our field reports.
Threshold inspections for the above referenced project were performed from August 10th, 2017
through September 29 h, 2017. Copies of all field reports were distributed to the Property
Management, Engineer of Record, General Contractor and to the St. Lucie County Building
Department.

services for the concrete repairs to the balconies at Ocean Harbor South.
Copies of all inspection reports will be forwarded to all respective parties as well as the St. Lucie
Building Department.
