It is our understanding that AT&T, who has retained the services of MasTec Network Solutions, LLC (MNS), desires to install new telecommunication equipment on the subject mount. This analysis was based on the supporting information listed in Table 2. Our services were performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the master service agreement between APX and MNS. This report summarizes the results of our findings. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the suitability of the aforementioned structure to support the loading indicated in the attached calculations. This analysis has been performed in accordance with the Florida Building Code based upon an ultimate 3-second gust wind speed of 164 mph using RISA-3D structural software. Based on our analysis, subject to the assumptions and recommendations noted, it is our opinion that the existing antenna mount will support the proposed loading. Recommendations 1. Check all bolts for proper tightening in accordance with AISC "Snug -Tight' method prior to installation of proper equipment. 2.
