We have inspected the finished concrete floor repairs and we
have reviewed the compaction report and the termite soil
treatment certificate.
The contractor passed the rough plumbing inspection but
neglected to obtain an inspection prior to pouring concrete.
We hereby certify that the slab repair as completed has been
done in a good workmanship manner and meets or exceeds the
requirements of the 2017 FBC (6th edition).
