Lucie County The purpose of this letter is to describe the method of attachment of the new exterior wall masonry at the rear of the tenant space to the existing masonry construction. The new masonry is doweled into the existing masonry with #5 dowels, 12" long at 24" o.c. vertically and horizontally. Embed is 6" each side. Each side has filled cells. The revisions are marked as Revision no. 01 and dated 11.17.17 Zoning- Galbraith: 1. Comment: Resolution 07-293 for St Lucie Oaks Commercial indicate a 4,613 sf restaurant. To be able to change the use to a medical center the resolution will need to be changed. Please contact planning Dept for information about a major adjustment to the existing PNRD which requires a Board of County Commissioners approval. Response: An amendment to the PNRD has been completed. r Building- Ed Roseberrv: Comment: Please show FBC accessibility for all counter heights, including Break Room and Examination Treatment areas. Response: The door leading into the MR Exam room has been changed to swing outwards. Please see revised sheet A210. Note, the door does not have a combination of a closer and a latch. The counter heights for all of the counter heights including the Break Room were originally shown on sheet A320 of the permit set Note: The Break room sink cabinet doors have an integral kick which allows front access with the required knee clearance.
