This Certificate of Completion is issued pursuant to St. Lucie County Codes and
attests only that the construction shown on the approved plans or revisions for a
portion of Phase 1 (as shown on the attached exhibit A) are complete and in
substantial conformance to such approved plans and specifications. This certificate
does not confer, or imply approval of any other aspect of the project and is offered in
conjunction with the Engineer of Record certification dated September 12, 2019.
The Public Works Department has obtained other appropriate County
Departments/Divisions acceptance as required for this Certificate.

Engineer's Partial Certification — Southern Portion of Project
Dear Mr. Hays:
This is to certify that the required infrastructure improvements for the southern portion of the
Sedona PUD Phase 1 project have been completed in substantial conformance with the approved
construction plans and specifications. The completed portion includes the entire stormwater system,
detention pond and outfall, and paving and drainage infrastructure associated with Buildings 13, 14,
15, 16, 18, 19 and 20. The only nunor deviation for the partial certification areas follows:
• Minor changes in final grade, and invert elevations for the project
These deviation does not affect the paving and drainage improvements of the site which are
completed in substantial accordance with the approved Construction Plans.
