ENVIRONMENTAL-VEG PERMIT Incomplete -Need a vegetation removal permit application. Please see
revised plans, cover sheet and scope of work -We have revised the scope of work to be limited to interior
renovations and replacement of existing doors -no new exterior work proposed, no vegetation removal
required.
