Approximately 600 cu yds of 4,000 psi concrete mix code 40040401 was being delivered and placed starting at'the west
end of the building towards the western most building expansion joint.
Maschmeyer representatives were on site monitoring the concrete deliveries.
Statewide Concrete Finishing placing and finishing concrete slab
RF Concrete construction placing reinforcing steel and anchor bolts
KSM was on site and taking the required slump and cylinder samples for compressive strength tests. The slumps were
being measured ranging from 5 to 7 inches during our observation, which meets the design specs.
Vertical dowels each side of the masonry wall joints at the columns were not in place. This was noted to the contractor
at that time and was being corrected during the pour.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Contractor to submit the following reports to date:
Soil compaction and densities for slabs and footings
Helical Pile logs

Pumping concrete at the south west comer
