The purpose of these observations was to inspect the following in accordance with the Florida Building Code, 5'h Edition (2014) and the National Electric Code (NEC), 2011 Edition: 1. Removal of nine existing antennas. 2. Removal of three existing Remote Radio Units (RRUs). 3. Removal of three existing antenna mounts. 4. Installation of nine proposed antennas. 5. Installation of nine proposed RRUs. 6. Installation of one proposed surge suppressor. 7. Installation of three proposed antenna mounts. 8. Installation of proposed power cables. 9. Installation of proposed fiber cables. 10. Installation of proposed grounding system. MAR 2 8 2019 Permitting Department St. Lucie County, FL The Installation of the above -mentioned items was visually inspected and compared with the approved construction drawings by APX Engineering Group, LLC dated January 5, 2018. Based on these observations and to the best of my knowledge and belief, the above -described construction of all structural load -bearing components complies with the permitted documents. Inspect anchoring, spacing and mounting of the proposed antennas to the existing tower structure. 2. Inspect mounting of proposed remote radio units (RRLIs) and proposed peripheral equipment to proposed antenna mounts and anchoring and spacing of proposed antenna mounts. Copies of the inspections shall be sent to the Building Department on a weekly basis, and the final letter of completion will be provided at the completion of the final inspection. This letter has been prepared for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of the City of Port Saint Lucie with respect to the specific installation described. It is intended for the exclusive use of the City of Port Saint Lucie and AT&T.
