APX Engineering Group, LLC (APX) understands that you have requested a statement confirming that
the proposed AT&T antenna mounts to be located at the above -referenced site can adequately support
the proposed AT&T equipment loading configuration. This letter was based on published catalog
information, and information provided by AT&T.
It is our understanding that AT&T would like to support their proposed equipment with a new Connect -IT
Wireless #LPPX14-12-3096-HD-PKBK-PHK heavy-duty platform mount. As indicated in the wind load
calculations attached, the proposed antenna equipment loading will have its weight and projected area
within the design parameters of the proposed mount. Therefore, based on our analysis, the proposed
Connect -IT Wireless #LPPX14-12-3096-HD-PKBK-PHK platform antenna mount will support the
proposed AT&T loading.

1. AT&T load limits are calculated with four (Heavy-5 and Heavy-10) or Five (WILL only) symmetrically arranged mount pipes located across the front face of the mount.
2. (EPA)N is the total combined effective projected area of the normal (front) face of the antenna, mount pipe, radio and any other appurtenance attached to themount pipe.
3. (EPA)T is the total combined effective projected area of the transverse (side) face of the antenna, mount pipe, radio and any other appurtenance attached to the mount pipe.
4. FACTORED WEIGHT is the factored vertical down load due to total combined factored weight of antenna, radio, and all other appurtenance attached to the mount pipe
for bare and iced conditions.
5. Factored ice thickness was applied to all mount members and is included in the EPA and factored vertical down loads shown in the table.
6. The EPA's & Factored Weights shown in the table For the Iced Condition are based on escalated ice thickness.
7. The EPA's & Factored Weights shown in the table apply at each mount pipe location.
