We provided professional observation and materials testing services, and have made every reasonable effort to ascertain whether the placement of structural fill material for the building pad was constructed in general conformance to the approved project documents. We have employed engineering and testing procedures to assess general compliance with the project requirements. We do not undertake the guarantee of the work, nor do we relieve the contractor of their responsibility to produce a completed project conforming to the contract plans and specifications: To the best of our knowledge, the building pad at the subject site has been constructed in general conformance to the . letter and intent of the project documents (including the geotechnical engineer's recommendations) to include in -place density testing for compaction verification as required to obtain recommended allowable bearing pressure of 2500 psf. Building is complete but lacks final for CO 2. The drainage system will be complete tomorrow 3. You are still waiting on the FDOT permit revision to complete the access and drainage at the US 1 entrance We understand the hardship that is dependent on the FDOT permit modification and open time frame associated with it. Based on the above, the following are the minimum requirements for Public Works towards that endeavor: 1. The Engineer of Record must be involved and provide an inspection and deficiency list, provide an as -built survey demonstrating site compliance, and provide a turning movement plan that demonstrates all access movements are sufficient without the US 1 access. 2. The SW system must be complete and inspected. Upon verification that access movement is sufficient, an inspection may be set up. The as -built survey is required and must demonstrate compliance prior to opening the facilities for operation. The as -built and turning movement diagrams may be supplied as a pdf. A signed and sealed as -built shall be provided with the FOR site certification of completion. 3. Final inspections shall follow your FOR inspections and site certification.
