o Remove tub. Install new drain to existing 2" drain at existing location.
o New Shower pan with linear drain
o New shower valve with transfer valve
o At existing locations install new sinks, faucetslfixtures and toilet, replace angle stops
Second Bathroom
o Replace current shower, with a drop in tub
o Frame to accommodate new tub
o Plumb 1 W drain to existing location.
o New Tub faucet on deck
o Use offset flange to turn toilet 90 degrees
o At existing locations install new pedestal sink, faucets/fixtures and toilet, replace angle stops
• Kitchen
o Move wall separating pantry from kitchen
a Move existing washer box and outlet to new location.
o Frame and drywall opening for fluorescent lights, install new 6) 4" 6v LED Recessed Lights in kitchen
o Replace all cabinets, countertops.
o Replace sink, faucet in existing location
o Replace garbage disposal.
