The purpose of these inspections will be to determine if the installation of the antenna equipment and antenna mounts is in substantial accordance with the approved construction drawings prepared by APX dated December 8, 2017. Such special inspections will be performed in accordance with Section 110.10.1.1 of the Florida Building Code and will include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Inspect anchoring, spacing and mounting of the proposed antenna mount to the existing tower structure. 2. Inspect mounting of proposed remote radio units (RRUs) and proposed peripheral equipment to proposed antenna mounts and anchoring and spacing of proposed antenna mounts. Copies of the inspections shall be sent to the Building Department on a weekly basis, and the final letter of completion will be provided at the completion of the final inspection. This letter has been prepared for the purpose of fulfilling the requirements of Saint Lucie County with respect to the specific installation described. It is intended for the exclusive use of Saint Lucie County and AT&T. The information, assumptions and recommendations contained in this letter should not be used by others for any purpose without express written authorization from APX.
