INSTALLATION CHECKLIST
M verbal agreements are recognized. All terms must be in writing on the contract
specification sheet.

Contact Info... We require at least 2 telephone numbers and an email address from every
customer. Please agree to provide this information and the best phone numbers to contact
you during working hours (9-5).

Project Cocrdiriators... You will be assigned your own Project Coordinator who will be
responsible to schedule the dates of your measure, installation and municipal Inspections.
Your Project Coordinator will contact you prior to your installation and let you know the time
your Crew is expected to arrive within a four hour time frame; for example 8-12, but it does

ry depending on job location, traffic and material pick-up.

Installation time is approximately 8.12 weeks from date of measure. In the event in which a
ome Owners Association (HOA) approval is required the installation will approximately occur,

in 8-12 weeks of "Seller" being notified of the approval by the HOA in wrifing. Should
c mract include special order hems, patio enclosures, construction, Historical Board Approval,
chitectural,renderings or site specific engineering the approximate installation date will be
within 8-12 weeks of approval by the municipality.
Installation dates are weather permitting, we use local weather reports as our guide due to
Installation teams using power tools. We use are best judgment to ensure the safety of our
Crews and Staff. If your installation is canceled for any reason other than weather we will
gladly issue you a credit of $160.06 for your inconvenience.

A responsible adult 18 years or older must beat the installation site at the beginning and
the end of the job: The head installer will do a walk around with you prior to starting work
to assess any existing damage, landscaping, or any property that could be affected by the
construction. He is available to answer any questions you may have at that time. The head
installer is also required to do a post inspection when the job Is completed. We wart you to
make sure that we exceeded your expectations, so go over the job very carefully. If there is
anything that needs to be addressed, he will be able to take care of it, or ensure that any
necessary parts are reported and ordered. Your balance due is payable bycash, check,
money order or credit card.: If you are using our financing program a completion slip may
need to be signed. Your installer will need to collect at the end of the job based on payment
schedule of the job.
Installation Team... We only use authorized Florida Window $ Door installers. All work is
guaranteed by Florida Window 8 Door, so you never have to worry.
Power... Installers will need to use your electricity. They do not carry generators. I agree to
supply access to my power.

iChldren and pets.., Please provide a safe location away from the area during the installation
process. Installers use power tools and we don't want anyone hurt.

Rotted wood is beyond our control. If we do rind rotted wood, there will be additional charges
for replacing ff. If it's small don't worry, we got hl Your project coordinator will notify you if this
happens at the start of the job. -

We will obtain all necessary window, door, and shutter permits, site specific engineering,
architectural renderings when applicable and information required by the municipality. The
Customer will be responsible to sign, notarize and return all permit documents and provide the
.HomeOwners
Association contact information and when applicable assist us in the submis-
sion of the application to the Association. Customer acknowledges length of time to manu-
facture the product and submission of permit will be dependent on the timely return of all doc-
uments, the Association approval; site specific engineering, architectural renderings and any
other items or approvals required in order to submit the permit to the municipality. As a result,
the Homeowner acknowledges end agrees that the permit may be submitted to the municipali-

by "Seller" beyond the 30 days as required in M. Stat. 489.126. Any delay associated wilh
the Customer failing to return or provide signatures or other necessary information shall not be
the responsibility of the 'Seller."

When your installation is in process, there will be debris. Some debris may fall in your
landscaping. Our Installation Teams do their best to avoid damaging your flowers, trees and

damage to any landscaping.

Dumpster/Storage... Under no circumstances do we leave job debris on your property. We
remove everything for safety reasons. Please do not ask our representatives If you can keep
scrap. Dumpslers are not for customer use. We must be given a suitable place to work and
store material. In the two occasion, that there is not storage or work area available we will
utilize storage containers but that will be done at additional expense to you.

Wood... We do not replace the wood framing or stops around your windows. We reuse your

Construction Concerns... We do NOT do any painting or staining to the existing structure or
fiberglass doors. Sometimes plaster or stucco may crack during installation. We will repair

screens... Half screens are standard on our windows.

Window Treatments... We ask that you remove all window, treatments prior to your installation.
All windows/doors being replaced will need at least 3 feet of clearance in order for our Crews
to work. We DO NOT take down or reinstall any window treatments. In the event window
treatments are not removed we take no responsibility for their condition after installation. Most
window treatments will fit after installation of new windows and doors but this is not guaran-
teed.

Alarm contacts... Will not be reconnected. As you must be a licensed alarm company to work
on alarms. Seller will leave the wires exposed when possible and your alarm company will
need to come out and reconnect them.
