("AMERICAN") whose address, whose address is 64d0 North Congress Avenue, Suite 1750, Boca Raton, Florida 33487, and PRIMECO PERSONAL COMMUNICATIONS, Limited Partnership, a Delaware limited partnership ("I'MMECO") whose address is 777 Yamato Road, Suite 600, Boca Raton, FL 33431. 1. AMERICAN, on the terms and conditions set forth in an unrecorded document dated April 25, 1996, and entitled "Master Ground and Tower Option/Lease Agreement", together with an Exhibit "A" thereto dated May 30, 1997 which terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference, and in consideration of the rent and covenants therein provided, does hereby lease to PRIMECO, and PRIMECO hereby rents and accepts from AMERICAN, certain real property ("Property") located at Section 1, Township 34 South, Ranee 38 East. County of St. Lucie. State of Florida, within the property of AMERICAN which is described in Attachment "A" attached hereto and incorporated hereby by this reference ("AMERICAN's Property"), together with a non-exclusive easement to access the Property and to install and maintain utilities, for an initial term of fifteen (15) years commencing on which term may be extended by PRIMECO for three (3) additional five (5) year period(s) subject to the conditions of Paragraph 5 of the Master Ground and Tower Option/Lease Agreement. 2. Pursuant to the Master Ground and Tower/Option Lease Agreement, among other things, AMERICAN shall not cause or permit any use of the AMERICAN's Property which interferes with or impairs the quality of the communications services being rendered by PRIMECO from the Property.
