Lucie Count, permitting Strazzula AU13XCO58 13698 Indrio Road Fort Pierce, FL 34945 SL 17t1'2-0527 Creekside Designs, LLC has reviewed field photographs provided to us of the Sprint telecommunication antenna, RRU and new mount installation located at the above -subject site and compared it to the approved construction drawings prepared by Infinigy, dated October 16, 2017. Based upon the comparison, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the antenna, RRU and new mount installation was performed in substantial compliance with the approved construction drawings and the Florida Building Code, 5`' Edition (2014).
