As we discussed, a condition of approval on your zoning compliance issue, will be to bring the landscaping along US 1 up to code. Section 7.09.04 (A) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code requires that a 15' strip of land shall be located adjacent to a public right-of-way. This strip shall contain a continuous hedgerow and one tree per 30 linear feet. Upon inspection, we found that 3 Live Oaks and 8 Queen Palms currently exist in this strip. To complete the landscape requirements in this strip, we agreed that 5 Live Oak trees and a hedgerow are to be planted. Please contact me when installation is complete and I will conduct a final inspection. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. We�need a complete survey which shows all buildings/structures on the property and the proposed construction. We were unable to find a permit for the covered area you are enclosing. •-2.-.The parking requirements for general office/business is 5 spaces per 1,000 sq. ft. of floor area. I was not able to calculate the floor area because your fax you sent did not have dimensions of the buildings. If there isn;t enough parking spaces you'll need to upgrade the parking area. 3. From the fax you sent me it did not appear that you had enough landscaping. The survey submitted is of the building which the office addition is going to be added to But it does not show all of the buildings on the property and we need to be shown landscaping and parking for the complete site. The two partial surveys one shows all of the buildings but I was unable to tell the sq ft of the buildings to compute parking requirements. The other partial -survey showed the 11 parking spaces but without building dimensions I could not figure out if that was enough of spaces for all three buildings.
