RE: 1712-0105 Permit Cancellation
Permitting,
Please remove my name and license number from permit # 1712-0105.
I was contacted by the lessee after work had begun without a permit
and code enforcement issued a stop work order.
I then entered into contract with the lessee and obtained the
permit for work. After receiving the permit and before starting any work the
lessee has informed me he is no longer under lease with the owner. I have
no contract with the owner and will not be entering into contract with the owner
to complete the work started without a permit.
For this reason I am requesting my license be removed from this permit and
no work be performed while my license is still on this permit.
Sincerely,
Nathan Cooke
