Kings Hwy, Fort Pierce FL 34951 Proposal On behalf of my company I appreciate being considered as your contractor for the above project. The compensation will be in the cost of 1�06 000.00 (One Hundred Six Thousand Dollars) for the interior built out. The following is the scope of works which based on the approved drawing and meet the F.B.C. 2) the entire project contractor will provide till time project management; include licenses and insurance for this project. Contractor guarantees pass all building and fire inspections. 3) Contractor will responsible for daily clean up. Dumpster included during construction period. 6) The following items are NOT included in this contract Impact fee, utility deposit, i mplitier system and burglar alarm system, furniture, cash register, and kitchen equipment. Des! gn/permit• • Architecture and engineer drawing will be provided by the others. • All building permits and insurance included. • All permit fees and other government administration fees pay by owner. Interior: • Demolition included. • Finish and paint on all walls. • Install FRP or stainless -steel panels at the kitchen walls (materials provide by the owner). • Replace new ceiling tiles. • Install floor tiles and bathroom wall tiles basic on $2, any upgrade with additional cost pay by owner. • Custom build one reception counter. • Install decorations at the ceiling and walls which provide by the owner. Construct two ADA bathrooms. Plumbing and Gas: • Install new plumbing and connect all kitchen equipment, • Termite treatment and back fill concrete at new plumbing area. • Provide and install ADA restroom fixture with standard grade. • Provide and install one gas water heater. • Install gas line and connect to kitchen equipment. • Provide and install one Grease Trap with standard grade. Electrical: • Install power outlets according to the design. • Install new lighting system according to the design. • Provide power and connect to all kitchen equipment. • Install emergency lights and exit lights. • Security camera, TVs, and low voltage cable will be done by the other. • Additional cost will apply if need upgrade or repair the existing electrical panels. Mechanical (AC, Walk-in Cooler/Freezer, and Hood Exhaustl: • Install exhaust fan and duct works for restrooms. • No work on the existing AC units. Additional cost will apply if need modify or repair the existing air conditioning units. • Provide and install walk-in cooler with size 8 ft. x 8 ft. • Install kitchen hood, exhaust grease ducts, make up air ducts, exhaust fan and make up air In. • Test and balance report included. • Roof open and patch included. Fire: • Install fire suppression system for the hood. • Certify the existing lure extinguisher. • No fire alami work including in this proposal. sign: • Provide and install Channel letter sign (Oniku Hibachi). 3) We are not responsible for the delay which cause by the owner change order, equipment delay, payment delay, or additional works. 4) We will pay the rent as daily basic if delay is caused by us.
