Re: Permit No. 1712-0256 — Plan Review Comments
Please process the attached responses to the above referenced permit as described below.
Zoning Review:
Comment: Location of proposed icehouse at page A2.1 is not matching with page C2.0. Page A2.1 will need to
match C2.0.
Response: See attached revised A2.1.
Comment: Please provide an extra set of plans for Constructability Review Engineering Department.
Response: See attached additional set of documents.
Comment: Surveys are required for all building permits involving a primary structure and for all accessory structures
with a construction value exceeding $10,000. The surveys are required to be signed and sealed by a
Registered Florida Surveyor. Please provide 3 updated signed and sealed surveys indicating all existing
and proposed improvements. See St. Lucie County Land Development Code Chapter 11.05.01 for
requirements of the Survey. We will also provide a final tie-in survey for the new enclosure.
Response: Please see attached Signed and Sealed Surveys as requested.
Plans Examiner Review:
Comment: The aluminum engineering from ASD must contain the correct address on all pages* The correct address
for this site is 3301 Orange Avenue.
Response: Please see attached corrected engineering.
Comment: The Contractor is Winfree Contracting, Inc., not Coastal Aluminum* Please modify engineering for the
screen room.
Response: Whit Winfree spoke with Joe Cicio and explained that Coastal Aluminum is the General Contractor and
Coastal Aluminum is the screen enclosure contractor. Mr. Cicio was satisfied with that explanation.
Comment: Submit the manufacturers specifications in duplicate for the ice machines w/tie down information:`
Response: Whit Winfree spoke with Joe Cicio and explained that we are using the existing ice machines in the new
enclosure. Mr. Cicio was satisfied with that explanation.
