Re: New Community Lighting
1. Remove existing lighting fixtures aELY
throughout Community. Return to owner or dispose of
same.
2. Furnish & Install (35) new lighting fixtures & 10' O.A.L.
Street lighting standards throughout community as shown
on attachment "A".
3. Furnish & Install conduit, copper conductors, fittings,
fasteners, to provide power supply from power pedestals
at designated lots to new lighting fixtures.
4. Each of (35) new lighting fixtures on/off function will be
controlled by means of an integral photo -cell Each of (35)
power circuits will have a means of "Quick Disconnect"
within each street lighting standard, as well as an "inline
fuse" to protect each Lighting fixtures and Circuits. This

fusing, when shortage, will protect the public from
accidental contact with live parts.
5. Each street lighting standard will have an external weather
proof junction box with 12Ovolt 15A GFCI weather proof,
tamper resistant, receptacle, with, "in use" weather proof
single gang cover plate. This receptacle will be energized
by means of integral photo -cell.
6. Includes: Engineering, permit, permit fees, inspections,
labor, materials as listed above, trench, backfill,
compaction, commissioning. Reinstall removed sod into _
trench line; where feasible. Sod to mend naturally.
7. This is a turn key project when. awarded to this contractor.
8. Total quote for materials and labor as described above:
$28,127.50,
9. Terms: 50% deposit $14,063.75 with approval.
10. Balance $14,063.75 in full upon commissions
