Hope all is well. Recently, Maverick Boat Group and EDC met with Peter, Mark and Leslie to discuss County fees
associated (see Peter's email below) with MBG's new facility. As a result of the discussion, there was adjustments to the
County's building permit based on updated information on the building layout. Scott Deal has asked me to inquire to see
.`if anything can be done to reduce the Fire Review Fee before he submits his plans to the Fire District. Would there be a
good time to call you to discuss this item at your earliest convenience please? Thanks in advance.

As requested, we have re -inspected the primary structural steel bolted
connections, that were found to be loose and the block wall top plate which was
not attached to the steel columns during our May 23, 30 and 31, 2018
inspections at the referenced project. We also inspected the monorail support
bracket attachment to the steel frame of the building for the proposed monorail
beam (by others).
Based on our June 21, and July 12, 2018 inspections, this letter shall serve as
confirmation that the primary structural steel bolted and welded connections,
steel framing and wind bracing was installed in accordance to the structural
drawings excluding the monorail beam .
