Lucie County, SCANNED BY St. Lucie County Please accept the following responses to the comments dated 1/30/2018 from your agency. Response shown on plans corresponding (if required) to these comments are noted. 1.) Please submit the product information sheets for the Microllam or Parallam. See section 107. Response: See attached 2.) Please clarify of the 6 x 6 posted at the covered balcony is to be replaced. Response: Covered balcony omitted 3.) Please furnish energy calculations and manual J In accordance with sections 402 and 403 of the 2014 Florida Energy Code. Note only: Energies must have original signatures of preparer. Response: Owner to provide 4.) Please clarify if any mechanical work will be done — Please furnish a duct plan showing a balanced system, duct size, grill size, and room by room SFMS per 107.2.1 of the 2014 Florida Building Code. Response: Owner to provide 5.) Please furnish the manufactures truss placement drawings in duplicate reviewed and approved by the design person of record in accordance with 615G15-30.005 of the Florida Administrative Code. Response: Covered balcony omitted by owner 6.) Please furnish truss engineering in duplicates per 107.2.12 of the 2014 Florida Building Code.. Response: Covered balcony omitted by owner 7.) Please submit engineering/shop drawings for the new pre -manufactured stairs. See section 107 of the 2014 Florida Building Code. Response: Owner to provide 8.) No detail shown on plans for the installation of the pre -fabricated stairs -please furnish a interior stair detail showing stair width, headroom, riser height, tread depth, hand real height and grip size in accordance with section R311.7 and R312 of the 2014 Florida Residential Code.
