SCOPE OF WORK
INTERIOR REMODELING
1) Removal and replacement of floor finishes throughout unit.
2) Removal of Partitions as per demolition plan.
3) Electrical work to include new lighting plan, switches and outlet relocations and additions as
per electrical sheet A-3.
4) Installation of new shower valves, toilets, faucets ect.
5) Relocation of existing supply diffusers in Living room from existing drop ceiling to new
drop soffit.
6) Install new bathroom exhaust fans.
7) New wall tile and finishes at all bathrooms.
8) Provide new cabinets and countertops throughout unit.
