and wastewater servtoe'to the above -referenced pr,*d. Capacity rs currently ava-fall le.tbr the
78 units proposed in Phase 1 at FPUA's Water Treatment Plant and Water Reclamation facility.
The capacity reserved is contingent upon an approved supply agreement between the owner and
FPUA, as well as an exeeuted=annexation agreement.
____Available capacity beyond_the_7.8 units proposed:in_Phase.l,wig be -determined and dependent
on a new supply agreement between the owner and{FNA. Sai4suppli agreement wiili outliiae
