THIS INDENTURE is made this -r,4 day of February, 2018, between LindAm Investments LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company, whose post office address is 13218 NW Harbour Ridge Boulevard, Palm City,
Florida, 34990, "Grantor", and Jonathan T. Greene and Shari A. Greene, husband and wife, whose post office
address is 13218 NW Harbour Ridge Boulevard, Palm City, Florida, 34990, collectively,."Grantees":
(Wherever used herein the terns "Grantor" and "Grantees" include all the parties to this instrument end the heirs, legal
representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations, limited liability companies,
busts and trustees)
Witnesseth, that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum TEN AND N0/100 DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby greats, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys, and confirms unto Grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County,

according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 457, Page
190, together with all amendments thereto, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Including the exclusive use of covered parking space no. 13218, associated with Unit 24A of
Mile Lake Village, a condominium (the "Property").

This conveyance is made subject to the following:

No documentary stamp taxes are due as a result of this transfer pursuant to Fla. Admin. Code §§ 12B-
4.014(2) and this transfer has no consideration, is a mere book transaction, and there is no purchaser for
documentary stamp tax purposes.
