Scope of Work:

Obtain a permit.
Supply and install a conduit from the FPL pole to the proposed meter main location.
Supply and install a 100 amp meter main on a concrete post near the FPI pole.
Supply and install (2) ground rods.
Supply a trench from the meter main to the slab.
Supply and install a conduit in the trench, up onto the slab, and up the back wall of the parking garage.
Continue the conduit run along the wall to Parking Space 99.
Supply and install a combination 240 volt 50 amp/120 volt 20 amp receptacle box on the column beside
Parking Space 99.
Supply and install 60 amp rated cables in the conduit.
TOTAL: $4,300.00
NOTES
- Only the items listed above are Included in this quote. If further work is requested it will be
completed at a separate time and material rate.
- While it is our goal to snake/install new cables in a finished home without opening any drywall,
there are situations where this is beyond our control. If such a situation were to occur, It will be
discussed with the Homeowner prior to any openings. Any openings that are approved will be
secured to the wall/ceiling upon completion. Any drywall repair, spackle, or paint that is required
will be the sole responsibility of the Homeowner.
- Trenching will be completed in a neat and professional manner. Any pre-existing conduits or
cables that have not been properly buried, may become damaged while our crew is trenching. If
such a situation were to occur, it will be the sole responsibility of the home owner to have any
necessary repairs made.
It The AHJ Requires Additional Devices Or items Not Indicated On The Plans, Or Not Included In The Specifications They
Will BeAdded At Additional Cost, Quote Based On Working Hours, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
Damage Resulting From the Installation Of our Scope Of Work To Underground Items That Have Not Been Identified By
Locates Will Not Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Electrleal Contractor.
Na Permit fees or FPL fees are included in the above quote. Quote is valid for 30 days. All N/ork will be performed in accordance to

If work does not commence within 30 days of the date of this proposal, or if work is delayed after
the designated start date, Complete Electric, Inc. reserves the right to increase the price to the
current material cost at that time.
