Please do not issue the fence permit; I would like to wait for the landscape plan, as this revised drawing is different than
what I was expecting it to look like. I do want the addition of a landscape inspection.

Hi Aimee,
The fence contractor has submitted a revised drawing for the proposed fence for the Porch Factory at 705 N 39th St. At
the North side of the building they have now a 60' of 8' high wood fence the rest is still chain -link. Are we ok to issue the
_fence permit or are we -still waiting for landscape plan? If they are ok can you sign off the review in Code view? Do we
need to add a landscape inspection in for the fence? -Let me know if there are any conditions of approval.
