(Florida Statewide Product Approval #FL7080.1-R2). We have been asked to review the applicability for the above project of installing the product using Yd' stainless steel CreteFlex (Elco) anchors into 3350 psi minimum concrete, with 2-1/2" minimum edge distance. Anchor spacing shall be based on the following anchor schedule (Table 1). These anchors shall be spaced as shown in the anchor schedule below for the maximum slat spans, wind loads (provided per separate engineering), and connection types as indicated herein. Connection types are depicted in Figure 1 on the following pages. Please be advised that all information herein has been provided to us by our client and no field investigation or verification of the applicability of the product, substrate, or requested spacing has been performed. As a result, all information provided herein shall be verified by a qualified professional on -site prior to construction. This information has been obtained by design only. Except as expressly provided herein, no additional certifications or affirmations are intended. All design criteria shall follow the product approval and engineering drawings noted above, as well as the minimum requirements of the Florida Building Code sixth edition (2017).
