Enclosed please find the requested documentation. This information has been provided in
accordance with your comment letter dated November 13, 2019.
1. Submit a notarized letter from the fee owner of the building stating that he/she has hired
and will pay all costs of employing a special inspector but the special inspector shall be
responsible to the enforcing agency. See FBC 110.8.3. Please find the requested letter
attached to this submittal.
2. Please submit a structural inspection plan prepared by the engineer or architect of record.
See Chapter 1, Section 110, Subsection 110.8.1 of the 2017 Florida Building Code. The
requested structural special inspection plan has been attached to this submittal.
3. Submit duplicate, engineered shoring and re -shoring details and any proposed weatherwall
details* FS 553.79 [3.1.2]. Please see attached details.
4. Submit in duplicate S.S.D. letters of intent from the special inspector and identify all
representatives to be sent to the site with the applicable certification numbers. See F.B.C.
110.3.7.6. Please find the special inspector letter in this submittal.
5. Submit S.S.D structural inspection plans from the design professional of record providing
specific inspection procedures and schedules so that the building can be adequately
inspected for compliance with the permitted documents FS 553.79. The requested
structural inspection plan has been attached to this submittal.

6. Submit the product approval, in duplicate, for the repair materials, reviewed and approved
by the engineer of record. Include MSDS Sheets. Please see attached.
