Mr. Castillo visually inspected the connection of the above mentioned installation(s) and compared them with the approved construction drawings prepared by CALTROP dated January 4, 2012. The surge suppressor was installed below the RRH in lieu of above the RRH; however, this variation is structurally acceptable to us. Additionally, AT&T made a design change and installed three of the proposed RRHs within their equipment shelter, this variation is also acceptable to us. Based on these observations by Mr. Castillo, to the best of our knowledge and belief, the installation was performed in substantial compliance with these drawings. This letter was based on published catalog information, information obtained during our site visit, and information provided by AT&T. The loading.will be configured as depicted in the construction drawings prepared by CALTROP. Based on our review of the aforementioned information, the existing mounts are capable of supporting the proposed loading.
