This letter serves as authorization for Anne Hall employed by Powder River Development Services, LLC to apply for any
jurisdictional required applications on behalf of Sprint Nextel Systems Corp., an indirect subsidiary of Sprint/Nextel
Corp., for their proposed antenna upgrade.
Also, this letter serves as authorization for Anne Hall to pick up any jurisdictional issued permits for Sprint's proposed
installation if allowable by the jurisdiction of record.
